This ministry is not-for-profit and it is our desire that the Word is spread. For many people, listening online will be the easiest option and, also, we do not have the server space to upload all of the messages ourselves. As a result we link to their websites so people can get hold of the material. Should you want a hard copy, or any of the older messages, then you can purchase from us.

There's a problem with a product I ordered. What is your refund policy?
If the problem is a fault on our side (e.g. book damaged when you receive it) please contact us and DO NOT RETURN the items unless we inform you otherwise. This is because it may be more cost-effective to simply send you another copy.

PLEASE TEST ALL MEDIA WHEN YOU RECEIVE IT AS ERRORS MAY HAVE OCCURRED DURING THE COPYING PROCESS. WHILE WE TRY TO TEST MEDIA ITEMS BEFORE SENDING, SOME PROBLEMS MAY HAVE SLIPPED THROUGH.

How can I cancel an order?
We will generally try to package and send out an order within 2 working days. If the item has not been sent then cancellations can be made easily by a simple phone call. If we have sent out the items already, then you could return the items when you receive them. However we will only refund the value for the items and not the postage. We will be also unable to pay the return postage if this is the case.

What are the postage charges to UK / Worldwide?
We try and keep postage charges as low as possible. Customer orders can consist of a mixture of softback or hardback books, tracts, cd's, etc. They can be going to the UK or abroad and prices are constantly changing. Should you be interested in ordering please contact us by email. This way we can supply you with the cheapest shipping cost.

What about a volume discount? Can I receive a discount if I buy in bulk?
Volume discounts and discounts for bookshops may be available. Please contact us for details.
